Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. But the rewards and benefits are available only after you log in.

How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and payment information. Once confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email.

How can I use a Gift Voucher on my order?

When you receive your gift voucher it's a good idea to register it to your account straight away. This will add the credit to your account immediately, ready for you to spend.

Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from our Jaipur address using reputed domestic logistics service providers.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only accept domestic orders and do not offer international shipping.

How long does it take for domestic orders to be delivered?

Domestic orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding Public Holidays & Sundays) and delivered within 3-5 business days.

What are the delivery hours?

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

How are shipping and handling rates determined?

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. The charges will be provided at the time of checkout before making payments.

What if the shipping time exceeds the estimated delivery window?

If for any reason the shipping time is longer than expected, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates on the status of your order.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you can suggest an alternative person to sign for the delivery. However, please note that we do not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
