Cancellation & Return Policy

At Bio Aarogya, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We take great care in delivering our products and ensure that they meet the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return or exchange the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product delivered to you is of an incorrect size or does not match the item in your order confirmation email.
• The product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. If you believe the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please take a photograph of it as soon as you open the packaging.
• If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on hello@bioaarogya.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
• You can also call our Customer Care on +91-8591714279 (Timings: 10 am – 6 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
• In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder an credited through the same payment instrument upto 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
